BetRupees Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BetRupees ("betrupees," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at betrupees.click.

By completing the betrupees registration process, accessing the platform in any way, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this document;
• You understand that these Terms govern all activity on your betrupees account;
• You consent to betrupees processing your personal data as described in Section 10 and the full betrupees Privacy Policy.

These Terms should be read alongside the betrupees Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the complete agreement between you and betrupees. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register on betrupees and to use any of its services, including sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, and crash games. BetRupees takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited pending verification review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

BetRupees is operated for users in Pakistan. By using the platform you confirm that you are accessing betrupees from a location where online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of betrupees complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each user is permitted to hold only one betrupees account. Multiple accounts per individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are a breach of these Terms. BetRupees reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or winnings associated with them.

2.4 Mental Capacity

By using betrupees, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and of your own free will, that you are not under duress, and that you have the full mental capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use betrupees you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. You are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth. BetRupees may request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided to betrupees must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information — including incorrect name, date of birth, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any funds held in it.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betrupees login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BetRupees will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support@betrupees.click immediately. BetRupees cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

BetRupees reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement, or a selfie with ID. Withdrawal of funds may be subject to successful KYC completion. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BetRupees accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions on betrupees are denominated in PKR and no currency conversion is applied by betrupees.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on betrupees is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the betrupees cashier section.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

BetRupees aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. The time taken for funds to arrive in your mobile wallet or bank account depends on the payment provider and is outside betrupees' direct control. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. BetRupees reserves the right to request that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds deposited via a bonus may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met. Betrupees reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or bonus abuse. In such cases, betrupees will notify the user and may request additional documentation.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. BetRupees may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any fee is applied. To avoid dormancy fees, log in to your betrupees account at least once within any 12-month period.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

Bets on betrupees are final once confirmed via the bet slip. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the betrupees system. It is your responsibility to check all details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any bet.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on betrupees is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum stakes vary by market and event. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. BetRupees reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion without prior notice.

5.3 Odds and Market Changes

Odds on betrupees reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement and are subject to change up until the moment the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked at the price displayed on your bet slip. BetRupees cannot guarantee that odds will remain unchanged between the time you view a market and the time you submit your bet.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by betrupees in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; there is a material error in the odds displayed due to a technical fault; the event does not take place within the scheduled window; or the result is overturned by the relevant governing body. Void bets have stakes returned to your betrupees account.

5.5 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets on betrupees may be suspended and reopened at any time during an event. BetRupees reserves the right to void live bets placed after the relevant event has already concluded due to a data feed delay or technical error. Betrupees cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any live market.

5.6 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections and require all legs to win for the bet to pay out. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the accumulator reduces to the remaining legs. Betrupees accumulator bets are subject to the same minimum stake and maximum payout rules as single bets.

6. Casino & Virtual Sports

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games and virtual sports events on betrupees operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited. The outcome of every spin, hand, or virtual event is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by any party, including betrupees.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a casino game or virtual sports event, the affected round or event will be voided and stakes returned. BetRupees cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from technical failures that are outside its direct control, including issues originating from the game provider's systems.

6.3 Game Rules

Each casino game and virtual sports category on betrupees is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters directly relating to game mechanics.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotions offered by betrupees are subject to specific Terms which are published alongside each offer. These promotion-specific terms define the qualifying criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry periods that apply to that offer. All bonus terms must be read and accepted before opting in to any betrupees promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your betrupees account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible markets for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

BetRupees monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; coordinating bet patterns with other users to guarantee outcomes; or exploiting errors in bonus crediting. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and the account suspended or permanently closed.

7.4 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is available to new betrupees registrants, it applies to first deposits only, is limited to one per user, household, and device, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Minimum qualifying deposit and maximum bonus amounts are specified in the current welcome offer terms, which may be updated at betrupees' discretion.

8. User Conduct

By using betrupees, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with general standards of fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited on betrupees:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human process to access or interact with betrupees;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with betrupees software or infrastructure;
• Using betrupees for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or financing of criminal enterprises;
• Providing false information to betrupees at any stage of the account process;
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing others to use your betrupees account;
• Exploiting technical errors in odds, game mechanics, or payment processing for financial gain;
• Coordinating bets with other users to fix outcomes or guarantee returns;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betrupees staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

BetRupees is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take our responsibility to prevent gambling-related harm seriously. The following tools are available to all betrupees account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings;
• Session time limits: Restrict the length of time you spend on betrupees per session;
• Cool-off periods: Take a short break of 24 hours to 30 days without closing your account;
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from betrupees for a minimum period of 6 months. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality checks: Enable on-screen prompts that remind you of time spent on the platform during each session.

10. Privacy & Data

BetRupees collects and processes personal data as described in the betrupees Privacy Policy. By creating an account on betrupees, you consent to this data processing. In summary:

• Registration data (name, mobile number, email, date of birth) is collected for account management and identity verification;
• Transaction data is retained for financial record-keeping, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance;
• Betting and gaming history is used for customer service, responsible gaming monitoring, and product improvement;
• BetRupees does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• All data is stored with encryption and access controls in line with industry security standards.

You have the right to request access to your personal data held by betrupees, to correct inaccuracies, and to request deletion in applicable circumstances. Submit data requests to support@betrupees.click.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by BetRupees

BetRupees reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; underage gambling; or conduct that betrupees reasonably believes causes harm to the platform or its users.

11.2 Effect of Suspension

During a suspension, the account holder will be unable to log in to betrupees, place bets, or withdraw funds. BetRupees will investigate the reason for suspension and, where the suspension is resolved in the user's favour, access will be restored and any valid pending withdrawals processed. Where the suspension leads to permanent closure for cause, betrupees reserves the right to retain balances to offset any losses arising from the user's breach.

11.3 Closure at User Request

You may request closure of your betrupees account at any time by contacting support@betrupees.click. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and pending wagering requirement checks on bonus funds. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bets placed before the closure request.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betrupees shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from your use of betrupees;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or disruptions to the betrupees platform caused by circumstances outside our direct control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your betrupees account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep credentials secure;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from bonus forfeiture;
• Losses arising from market suspension or bet voiding in circumstances described in Section 5.

Nothing in these Terms limits betrupees' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

BetRupees may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, betrupees will notify registered users by email to the address on their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of betrupees following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to an updated version of these Terms, you should stop using betrupees and contact support@betrupees.click to arrange account closure before the updated terms take effect. The date from which updated terms become effective will be stated in the notification email.
